Tom’s career in commercial real estate began in 1988. Since that time, he has touched nearly every aspect of the industry, including asset management, leasing, acquisitions, development, finance, and operations. He’s also held senior leadership roles (primarily CFO or COO) in many companies prior to joining the Chaucer Creek team. A business administration graduate from Presbyterian College, Tom went on to earn an MBA from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill.

Tom enjoys fishing, hiking, and golfing in his free time. He is also active in F3 (Fitness, Fellowship, Faith) and his church, and serves on the local board of Search Ministries.
