As Senior Asset Manager, Tabitha oversees and sets high-performance goals for all third-party management services. She brings over 25 years’ experience in the multifamily industry. Prior to joining Chaucer Creek in 2016, she served as both a regional manager and operations trainer for Greystar. Her background also includes roles as a leasing agent for Summit properties and Trammel Crow residential, where she oversaw operations over a variety of assets including lease up, stabilized, mid-rise, mixed used and garden deals. Tabitha is a licensed Broker for North Carolina and is a certified trainer for the NAAEI. In addition, she holds her CAM and CAPS designations through the NAA. 

Tabitha is an avid outdoorsperson and spends her free time hiking and traveling.
