Since joining Chaucer Creek Capital in 2019, Edmund leads the firm’s multi-family development and acquisitions throughout the Southeast and directs the procurement of the capital stack for the projects. He has 20+ years of commercial real estate planning, development, construction, and finance experience. Prior to joining Chaucer Creek Capital, he was with a private equity real estate firm which was responsible for over $2.2B in equity value. While there, he focused on real estate investments throughout major growth markets in the United States and Canada, managed the firm’s real estate operating companies and capital partners, and was a member of the internal credit committee. He received a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, attended the Kenan-Flagler Business School Institute Program, and holds a NC Broker’s license.

Edmund considers his role as a husband and father to be a true gift and treasures spending time with his family. He especially enjoys any activity that takes him outside – whether it be water sports on the lake, fishing, hunting, tennis, or golf.
