WHO WE ARE

Asset Manager

Jennifer Eddy

In her role as Asset Manager, Jennifer is focused on creating value for a broad portfolio of Chaucer Creek properties. She brings over 18 years of experience in the multifamily industry, in various roles with Summit Properties, Camden Property Trust, and Greystar Management. Prior to joining Chaucer Creek in 2017, Jennifer was a Senior Community Manager of a class A high-rise community in uptown Charlotte. Her property management experience includes garden style, mid-rise, high-rise and lease up communities throughout the greater Charlotte area. She graduated from William Peace University and the University of North Carolina, Charlotte with a BA in Sociology. 

Jennifer and her family enjoy spending time boating on Lake Norman, vacationing in Charleston and Hilton Head Island, SC, and watching the Carolina Panthers. She has also served as a long-time member and the President of the Junior League of Concord, NC, and continues to volunteer her time as a League sustainer.
