In her current role as Director of Asset Management & Development, Kelly excels in leading the asset strategy for Chaucer Creek’s portfolio, including renovations, operations, and compliance in partnership with 3rd party management companies. After attending Eastern Carolina University, she began a career that spans nearly 25 years in the multifamily industry across a broad market area. She has held leadership positions for such companies as Greystar, Camden Property Trust, Summit Properties, and Bozutto. Kelly’s experience includes overseeing garden, townhome, mid-rise, high-rise, and mixed-use multifamily assets. She has managed class A, B and C assets, lease-ups, value-add assets, assisted in multiple acquisitions and dispositions, as well as headed up and consulted on numerous ground-up developments.
When she’s not busy adding value to Chaucer Creek properties, Kelly enjoys traveling, volunteering at her children’s Christian school, and theme park hopping with her family (they’re crazy about coasters).
